THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
As a Maintenance Technician I you will be a vital part of keeping our communities safe functional and beautiful. Youll handle a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks ensuring that residents enjoy a well-maintained place they are proud to call home. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic a desire to learn and basic maintenance skills.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• General Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks including basic plumbing electrical carpentry and appliance repairs.

• Respond to Work Orders: Complete resident service requests efficiently and with a customer-first approach.

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems and common areas.

• Grounds & Facility Upkeep: Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the property including minor landscaping pressure washing and exterior maintenance.

• Support Emergency Needs: Assist with after-hours or emergency repairs when required.

• Inventory & Tools: Maintain tools and supply inventory ensuring you have what you need to complete tasks.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work.

• A desire to learn and grow in the field of property maintenance.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.

• Positive team-oriented attitude.

• Valid drivers license may be required based on property needs.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and property management software or willingness to learn.
