**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when necessary.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or disturbances.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards within the location, maintaining detailed and accurate records as required.
+ Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and assisting visitors as needed.
+ Communicate professionally and promptly with visitors, staff, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to staff and visitors within the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
