About the Role:
We’re seeking a hands-on and dependable Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment community clean, safe, and in top condition. You'll handle routine repairs, emergency maintenance, and ensure a high standard of living for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and apartment unit turnovers
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, including on-call support
Maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Keep grounds clean, including landscaping and snow removal
Ensure property is safe and meets code requirements
Use and maintain tools and equipment properly and safely
Prepare vacant units for new residents
Clean and maintain common areas
Order maintenance supplies as needed
Follow safety protocols and attend required training
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of maintenance or related experience preferred in apartment communities
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in various conditions (heights, tight spaces, weather)
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); RealPage experience a plus
Trade school or industry certifications a plus
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
