We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Entry Level Assembler. In this role, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, responsible for assembling and fabricating components in a fast-paced factory environment. This position is ideal for those looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on experience with various assembly processes.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Work on the assembly line to ensure timely production of products.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in the operation of forklifts as needed, following all safety protocols.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred, with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience in a warehouse or factory setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to use measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with coworkers.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks as required by the assembly process.
- Ability to pass a Hair Follicle Drug Test
