The Honest Starting Point

Most hires begin as technicians first. That is intentional.

You cannot effectively lead work you do not fully understand. Our goal is to develop the right person into a full Lead Technician within 60–90 days.

The people who grow quickly here are the ones who consistently show reliability, urgency, attention to detail, leadership, ownership, and the ability to handle responsibility without constant supervision.

What you'll do

• Power wash homes and surfaces to a high, consistent standard
• Clean windows using professional equipment
• Work safely at heights of 20–40 ft (trained and supported)
• Manage your assistant tech and keep jobs on schedule
• Keep equipment maintained and job sites organized

Minimum requirements

• 21+ with valid driver's license (must pass MVR check)
• Clean criminal background
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with data
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle ~45 hour physical workdays
• Full time availability March–December
