Our agency has been serving the community since 2015, with a second location added in 2022. We’ve grown into a team of seven and continue to expand, building a strong, relationship-focused environment across both offices. I became a State Farm agent right out of college and am a graduate of Ohio University. I’m married, love animals, and enjoy both watching and playing sports. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steven Saraniti - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
