Installation Project Coordinator– Automation & Industrial Equipment
10–12 Month Contract
We’re looking for an experienced Installation Project Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of automation equipment and infrastructure installations. You’ll drive projects from concept to completion—ensuring safety, quality, and deadlines are met—while serving as the onsite point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and oversee automation/industrial equipment installations.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, codes, and project specifications.
Lead inspections, testing, and punch lists.
Act as onsite liaison for stakeholders, providing updates and issue resolution.
Supervise multidisciplinary crews across mechanical, electrical, controls, and IT.
Qualifications
1+ years in automation, industrial equipment, or construction installation management.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and controls integration.
Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
