This role sets the pace for production.
As a Crane Operator, you move and stage steel so production can run safely and efficiently. Nothing starts until the right material is in the right place. Done right, operations flow smoothly. Done wrong, production stalls, material is wasted, and safety is at risk.
This is hands-on steel manufacturing work that requires attention, control, safety, and accountability.

Shift Premiums:
- 2nd Shift: +$0.50/hour

Operators can advance by building skill in safe material handling, crane control, staging accuracy, inventory organization, production flow, and overall reliability.

This gives you a clear path to increase your pay by becoming more valuable to the operation.

- Material is staged correctly and ready for use
- Inventory is organized, labeled, and accurate
- Material is moved safely and without damage
- Loads are controlled and handled correctly
- No safety incidents or near misses
- Problems are caught and communicated early

- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off starting at 90 days
- Life insurance
- Short-term disability and supplemental coverage options
- Performance and attendance-based incentives
- Ongoing training and skill development

Crane Operators do not just move steel. They start production, maintain flow, protect safety, and help the entire operation run better.
Strong operators build trust, improve the operation, and have opportunities to grow into higher-responsibility roles. This is a position for people who take pride in doing the job right, keeping material organized, and keeping production moving.
