What are some expectations for this role?
- Act as primary point of contact for all account, HR, and benefit questions and initiatives for hundreds to thousands of client organizations
- Monitor and manage an incoming queue of client emails via shared inbox and manage and track tasks and actions within our CRM
- Monitor and answer all incoming inquiries on the phone system
- Handle HR administrative tasks like onboarding troubleshooting, policy development, and job description creation
- Prepare and present benefits renewal packages; explain designs and options for plan adjustments while making recommendations on changes to current offerings as necessary. Educate clients by reviewing plan usage, trends and claims that drive the renewal.
- Conduct informational and enrollment meeting with clients, their employees, as needed
- Provide basic HR and Benefit consulting services on employee issues
- Build and maintain client/GMS relationship to attain client retention and satisfaction
- Assist the Client Service and Benefits teams with higher level HR and Benefits projects as well
- Respond effectively to client issues or concerns
- Perform all other duties as assigned
What are the qualifications for this role?
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred
- 1-2 years related experienced preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted
- Valid driver's license required; the occasional travel is required
- Current State's Licenses in Life and Health Insurance is preferred
