Maintenance Technician – Delaware, OH

Starting Pay: $31+/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for production equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Maintain detailed service and repair records, including parts usage and maintenance history.
• Diagnose and resolve CNC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts (training/certification provided as needed).
• Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Collaborate effectively with production, office staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Work flexible hours when necessary, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• 2–3 years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with CNC routers, turret presses, punch presses, press brakes, and shears.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience.
