Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager will ensure functional operation of the Warehouse facilities. They directly and indirectly supervise Warehouse Associates as they complete their daily responsibilities in a timely and safety-oriented fashion.
Note: Famous Supply Warehouse associates will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces and showers. Primary Job Responsibilities- Supervise the warehouse to ensure that direct reports are adhering to safety and operational processes
- Train team in the areas of safety, compliance, working effectively, and other areas
- Establish team goals and work with Associates and Shift Managers to achieve and exceed their performance goals, receiving direction from the CDC operations manager
- Lead the process for double-checking the accuracy of all activity in the warehouse
- Ensure that facilities are clean and safe by thoroughly inspecting all areas
- Document any Associate or Manager issues with regards to performance, teamwork, production, or other measurable areas

- Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8 hour day

- WMS experience

- Forklift experience
- Building industry experience and requisite product knowledge

- Experience using RF Scanners
- Experience using Blue Yonder WMS
