A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Member Services Representative in East Akron, OH.
The Member Services Representative will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:
• The pay for this position is $18.75 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment, including health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Highlights:
• This position is a 4 month contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Required availability: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 100% on-site in Akron, OH
• Seasonal position with preference for candidates having 1+ year of customer service or administrative support experience , Medicare and/or health insurance experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized, professional assistance to members via phone, email, or in-person regarding enrollment, benefits, billing, claims, and authorizations
• Accurately document member interactions and ensure timely issue resolution
• Meet or exceed departmental standards for productivity and communication quality
• Use internal systems such as Amisys and Macess to manage member data and support workflows
• Maintain confidentiality of all member and company information in compliance with regulations
• Apply independent judgment and empathy to resolve member inquiries effectively
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or administrative support role
• Medicare and/or health insurance experience strongly preferred
• Proficient with computer systems and office technology (PC, headset, VPN, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Ability to maintain attendance during mandatory periods, especially the first 90 days
