Senior it analyst

The School Employees Retirement System of Ohio (SERS) is seeking a Senior IT Solutions Analyst. We are looking for a person who is has an excellent understanding of T-SQL programming and Microsoft SQL Server along with experience with the Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, JavaScript/jQuery, etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Education

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in computer science or related field;
• Three to five years related experience and/or training; with
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
• Ability to take initiative, anticipating needs and acting accordingly
• Ability to understand and participate in the strategic direction and needs of the organization in conjunction with assigned projects
• Ability to work independently with little oversight
• Ability to identify key and underlying complex problems and resolve them appropriately
• Equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience

Location and Commitments

· Hybrid work environment, offering 2-work from home days, each week, after 30 days of employment, or once eligible

· Required onsite workdays take place in our office in downtown Columbus, with free parking

· Core business hours are 8 to 4:45 PM (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday
