Project Manager/estimator

Description

This company in Medina, Ohio is seeking a 2-4 year Project Manager/Estimator to handle project oversight from initial bid through completion, including preparing accurate estimates, developing proposals, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, managing schedules and budgets, conducting site visits, maintaining documentation, and ensuring high-quality workmanship and strong client communication.

eIdeal candidates would have an engineering or constructio experience with 2-4 years of project management or estimating experience. Most of their projects are in the Water/Wastewater industry. They would also consider someone who has started in the trades as well. Their project range from $5 to $10 million in size. This is a salary role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.
