Plant Support Associate
Now Hiring a Plant Support Associate for a Great Company in Streetsboro, OH
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist production operators and supervisors as needed throughout the plant
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and scrap to designated areas
- Perform basic machine support tasks (loading/unloading, staging, cleanup)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment (5S standards)
- Support packaging, labeling, and palletizing operations
- Conduct basic inspections and report defects or safety concerns
- Assist with changeovers, setups, and general plant tasks
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
Schedule:
[First Shift[ 6:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Thursday) + OT on Friday as Needed
[Second Shift] 4:00pm - 2:30am (Monday - Thursday) + OT as Needed 4:00pm - 4:00am
Compensation:
[First Shift] $17.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
[Second Shift] $19.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
