CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Call Center Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesboro Realty Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a representative of our company, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner

- Providing accurate information about our company, products, and services to clients and potential clients

- Assisting clients with their real estate needs, including scheduling appointments, providing property information, and answering general questions

- Maintaining customer records and updating information in our database

- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

- Meeting and exceeding performance targets and goals set by the company

- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions

- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Real estate knowledge is a plus, but not required
