As a Restaurant General Manager, you are the heartbeat of the restaurant. You will lead a team of 10 to 45 employees, shape the culture, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and run a strong, profitable business. This is a high impact leadership role responsible for restaurants generating $1.5M or more in annual sales.

We are looking for leaders who act like owners, build strong benches, and know how to inspire teams to deliver Premier Operations every single day.

What You’ll Do:

Lead an Outstanding Guest Experience:

  • Set the tone for hospitality and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and confidently.
  • Drive strong CHAMPS scores and brand audit readiness.
  • Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  • Maintain the highest standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Know your competition and strive to be the Best on the Block.

Develop Great People:

  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Lead new hire orientation and ensure training stays current.
  • Build and execute a strong bench plan.
  • Develop future leaders including Shift Supervisors, AGMs, and RGM ready talent.
  • Cross train your team to create flexibility and growth.
  • Have meaningful career conversations that keep employees engaged.

Lead with Strong Communication & Decision Making:

  • Provide clear direction and align the team around goals.
  • Solve problems proactively, not reactively.
  • Empower your management team to make smart decisions.
  • Partner closely with your Area Coach and field leadership.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
  • Profit and Loss responsibility preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • A track record of developing people.
  • Solid business and analytical skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

This role requires standing and walking for most of your shift, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and the ability to operate restaurant equipment safely.
