**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
+ Monitor access control at the front desk, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences encountered at the front desk.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate to the location, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as needed.
+ Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior at the front desk area.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
