We have clients all over the Midwest and throughout the US who rely on our team to support them with their technical and professional hiring needs. Most of our business is with repeat customers who we have built long-term relationships with. We have been resilient and successful for over 25 years. We are part of a large publicly held corporation but still operate as a small team who’s supportive, collaborative, and encouraging for everyone’s success.

We are actively searching for an additional teammate who believes in our core values and has a strong desire to succeed. As an entry-level recruiter you will be trained in techniques and strategies to find, source, evaluate and build relationships with skilled professionals. You will learn something new every day, wake up to a new challenge and the opportunity to be rewarded for your effort and success.

Be part of a collaborative team that helps each other thrive

Train alongside an experienced 7-person team of Recruiting/Sales Representatives

Learn how to source and interview talented individuals

Take the lead each day on recruiting for new roles

Communicate effectively with team members

Increase both individual and team success

Be able to earn unlimited commission

Requirements for our Entry Level Recruiter position:

Self-motivation

Good communication skills

Enjoys working with people

Positive team player

A four- or two-year degree

Any experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or similar field is ideal
