Power Platform Administrator - 304697

DNI is seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, document, optimize, deploy, maintain, and monitor solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, with a primary focus on Power BI Dashboards. This role will support the development of automated systems to streamline data processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and optimize Microsoft Power Platform applications, emphasizing Power BI dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by the customer.
• Automate existing manual data input and communication processes through standardized API/ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) automation for data ingestion.
• Assess and modernize current data sources and input methods, replacing them with user-friendly interfaces built using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Suite tools.
• Integrate backend data storage using Azure services (e.g., Dataverse) to enable seamless interoperability across Microsoft platforms.
• Evaluate and implement Microsoft Copilot capabilities as they become available to enhance Power Platform functionality and user experience.
• Develop and deploy new Power Platform features based on customer requirements.
• Maintain and monitor Power BI dashboards, ensuring reliability, performance, and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data sources, define standardized APIs, and develop ETL processes for consistent and efficient data management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT (or similar technical related field)
• Security+ or equivalent DoD 8140 certification.
• 10+ years of experience in computer support or IT customer service.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and API integration.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft ecosystem integration.
• Familiarity with automation, data visualization, and performance optimization best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
