We are hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates to support our peak event season.

Position Summary

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including inventory counting, packing, organizing, and preparing materials for nationwide events. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual inventory counts of event materials and merchandise

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks

• Organize and label equipment, boxes, and supplies

• Pick, pack, and stage materials for outbound shipments

• Load and unload trucks safely

• Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas

• Assist with basic data entry related to inventory tracking

• Inspect returned equipment and report damages

• Support end-of-season inventory reconciliation

• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not required

• Basic computer skills (comfortable using tablets or simple software systems)

• Strong attention to detail

• Dependable and punctual

• Team-oriented attitude

Schedule

• Seasonal position (peak event season)

• Full-time hours may be required during busy periods

• Occasional overtime may be available
