An Application Analyst position in Chicago, Ill; Cleveland, OH OR Columbus, OH is available courtesy of Akkodis. We are searching for a professional with DMS experience – inside and out! If you have work with iManage – we want to talk with you! This is a hybrid position that will sit in either Cleveland, Columbus or Ohio. If your strength is in troubleshooting and you enjoy assisting with application integration – this could be a great fit for you!

THIS POSITION IS 100% FOCUSED ON DMS (iManage very strong preference)

Pay: $ $98,000 - $120,000+

Application Analyst job Responsibilities:

· Day to day support for core business applications

· Manage vendor relationships, ensure timely support and accountability for application performance

· Document and track issues, troubleshooting processes and resolutions

· Customize and optimize applications to address user requirements and enhance functionality

· Ensure seamless integration of applications with other systems, supporting workflows across departments

Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (or related) OR 5+ years of equivalent work experience

· MUST HAVE DMS EXPERIENCE – AND KNOW IT INSIDE AND OUT

· Must have a minimum of five years of Application Support experience

· Experience with vendor management and system optimization

· Familiarly with legal technology solutions highly desirable!
