Radiologic Technologist Job Details

• Location: Columbus, OH 43210 (Ohio healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Type: Travel Radiologic Technologist
• Healthcare Setting: Operating Room (OR), Level I Trauma Center, Outpatient & Inpatient
• Shift: 4x10-hour days (11:30 AM – 10:00 PM) or 5x8-hour days (2nd shift, starting at 10 AM or 11 AM)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 10/20/2025 – End: 1/19/2026)
• Call: Rotating weekend coverage as needed
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2110 - $2160

Radiologic Technologist Qualifications

• Valid Radiologic Technologist (RT) certification with ARRT registration
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, ideally in a Level I Trauma or teaching hospital
• Proficiency in C-arm and O-arm operation (must have 3s or 4s for C-arm and O-arm)
• Experience with X-ray procedures in surgical/OR settings
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Ability to float to other locations or units of equal acuity as needed
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Must complete Ohio fingerprinting promptly upon contract signing
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal leader)

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities

• Provide C-arm and O-arm imaging coverage in the Operating Room (OR) environment
• Perform X-ray procedures for surgical interventions and perioperative imaging
• Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, adhering to all safety protocols
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with radiology advancements
• Float to other units or locations as required to support patient care needs
