Outside Sales Rep - Print Services

Job Summary: The Outside Sales Rep for Print Services at The UPS Store #2399 in Oakwood, Ohio is a full-time, individual contributor role in the Print and Copy Services (PCS) industry. The primary responsibility of this position is to generate and grow sales in the Dayton and surrounding area by effectively selling the products and services of The UPS Store #2399, specifically in the print and copy services department. This role requires a self-motivated and driven individual with exceptional sales skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, providing the opportunity for high earning potential. Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and other lead sources
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to increase sales and build customer loyalty
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive sales growth
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential and existing customers to showcase The UPS Store #2399's print and copy services
• Utilize knowledge of print and copy products and services to provide customers with the best solutions for their specific needs
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products/services offered by The UPS Store #2399 to effectively communicate with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business
• Collaborate with the store's print team to ensure timely and accurate production of print and copy orders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information in designated CRM system

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 2-3 years of proven outside sales experience, preferably in the print and copy services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
