Annual salary of $60,000+ based on experience.Outside Sales Associates own and develop existing customer relationships and develop new customers in assigned markets. They provide superior service to Famous Supply customers in person and via phone, the Famous Way. Outside Sales Associates help contractor customers get the materials and solutions they need, where they need them, when they need them so they can complete their job.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Understand customer needs
- Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
- Be available for customers to support their needs
- Travel to customer shops and job-sites
- Generate new business
- Grow existing business
Required Experience and Skills
- Technical HVAC/Plumbing knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC sales
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to use computer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
