Full-Time Maintenance Technician – Floater
Barton Communities is looking for someone with experience to join our team in the Cleveland, Ohio area. We are an inclusive and diverse organization providing safe, clean, affordable housing for older adults in our community.
This position provides maintenance and year-round landscaping support to our properties in Cleveland, Parma, and North Ridgeville. This position assists with monitoring systems, work order completion, unit turnovers, shared on-call, and other duties as assigned. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude to help foster our culture of open, honest, transparent communication. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and possess the following basic skills: plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry. Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office 365 are a plus.
This is a full-time position at 35 hours/week. We offer a competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits package including 16 paid holidays, PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability, and company-paid life insurance. Please see the full job description at:
