Assistant Property Manager
Fairborn, OH 45324 | Contract to Hire | $19/hr | Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Saturdays may be required)
Step into a key role supporting a busy apartment community. You’ll assist residents, manage payments, support compliance, and help keep daily operations organized and efficient.
Job Responsibilities
- To collect rent, process payments, and manage receipts
- To assist with delinquency tracking, notices, and follow‑up
- To support leasing tasks, including tours and application processing
- To manage resident communication and assist with conflict resolution
- To complete administrative tasks and maintain organized files
Required Qualifications
- HUD and Tax Credit affordable housing experience
- Experience with OneSite or RealPage property management software
- Property management or multifamily industry experience
- Rent collection and payment processing experience
- Knowledge of delinquency management and eviction procedures
- Leasing experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work required schedule, including occasional Saturdays
- Reliable transportation
