As a Program Manager I within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL or Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking a Program Manager I to support our AML and Fraud portfolio. This role drives cross-functional execution and strategic planning, ensuring compliant delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with stakeholder to deliver scalable, audit-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery across discovery, requirements, implementation, change management, and stabilization.
- Establish program governance (cadence, artifacts, issue/risk logs, dependency mapping, decision tracking).
- Drive clear, consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels (product, tech, operations, compliance, audit).
- Produce status reports, dashboards, and executive readouts highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and budget/benefits.
- Ensure alignment with AML/KYC regulatory expectations, internal policies and controls, and audit requirements.
- Partner with Compliance/Risk to track control design, testing readiness, and remediation of issues and findings.
- Coordinate UAT, operational readiness, SOP updates, training plans, and change adoption.
- Facilitate continuous improvement leveraging Agile/SAFe practices and ITIL service transition where applicable.
- Define and monitor program KPIs (e.g., KYC cycle time, hit rates, review SLAs, false positive reduction, control effectiveness).
- Use data to inform prioritization, quantify impact, and communicate outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Program/project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in technology and/or banking/financial services environments
- Demonstrated experience managing strategic roadmaps, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.
- Proven stakeholder management with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on work with AML/KYC, Fraud, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, or Customer Due Diligence programs.
- Exposure to regulatory change programs, control frameworks, or audit lifecycles.
- Familiarity with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps), Confluence, and data/BI (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) for reporting.
- Experience coordinating third-party vendors or managed services related to KYC onboarding.
- Background collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Ops to translate requirements into deliverables.
- Certifications: PMP, SAFe (e.g., SAFe Agilist/POPM), and ITIL preferred but not required
This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. Job Description
- Leads a cross functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Leads programs/projects requiring planning and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, program size may reach or exceed $10m.
- Assists with or manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals.
- Monitors the program budget while working to ensure success of the program.
- Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results.
- Teams with service partners to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $132,250.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.Application Window
