Job Opportunity: ADAS Calibration Technician (Mobile Role)

Hey, it’s Adam, Vice President of ADAS Calibration Services. It has been an amazing voyage this year building out CollisionRights 360Align Division. I am so proud to see the tremendous progress we've made in capturing required ADAS calibrations and other essential operations while keeping calibration revenue in-house. The CollisionRight team has been constantly improving, which means we are delivering safer vehicles than ever before. I’m excited to share that we are looking for our newest teammate to help us with our mission.

Key Items:

  • Mobile Role: Operate a company vehicle; valid driver's license required
  • Pay: $18-$30 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do:

  • Recalibrations: Complete static and dynamic ADAS recalibrations on foreign and domestic vehicles at 360Align locations or at mobile customer locations after completing internal training.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the field team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Tool Utilization: Use various tools for effective recalibrations and ensure tooling software updates are completed daily.
  • Diagnostics: Conduct pre and post scans, troubleshoot complex recalibrations, and test drive vehicles after recalibrations.
  • Customer Service: Develop relationships, deliver consistent results, and explain ADAS recalibration needs to repair center personnel.
  • Inventory Management: Be accountable for ADAS inventory, including vehicles, mobile devices, diagnostic scanners, and other provided equipment.
  • Training & Development: Participate in training sessions and maintain a well-organized work area.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: One year of experience in automotive repairs; experience in module programming, wiring repair, or ADAS recalibration is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, the ability to use scan tools, factory software, and basic software programs is preferred.
  • Certifications: ASE or I-CAR certifications are preferred.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in an autobody repair shop and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, with a positive, customer-focused approach in a team-supported environment.
  • Position Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, pass an MVR check, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel may be required outside the assigned area.

Why You'll Love Working Here:

  • Autonomy & Fast-Paced Environment: Take ownership of your work in a dynamic, rapidly evolving industry. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Supportive Culture: Join a positive, inclusive team that values collaboration, innovation, and open communication.
  • Excitement in ADAS: Be part of the cutting-edge ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) field, where innovation is constant and learning never stops.
  • Growth Opportunities: With ongoing advancements in ADAS, we promote from within, offering plenty of room for career progression.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead with ongoing training and development in a field that's always evolving.
  • Competitive Benefits: Enjoy competitive pay, paid time off, a Monday-to-Friday schedule, 401k with company match, multiple health plans, fully paid life insurance, paid holidays, and lucrative referral bonuses.

In summary, joining our team offers a unique blend of independence, excitement, growth opportunities, and a supportive work culture. We are an employee-centric team that acts with care, brings the right energy, and embraces challenges—all while using data-driven plans to achieve success.
