Remote Travel Experience Coordinator
As a Remote Travel Experience Coordinator you will be responsible for creating personalized adults-only travel experiences designed around each clients unique interests preferences and lifestyle. This remote opportunity focuses on planning elevated getaways such as luxury vacations romantic retreats celebration travel and curated group experiences while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire planning process.
In this role you will communicate directly with clients to understand their travel goals recommend destinations and coordinate all aspects of their trip including accommodations activities transportation and special requests. You will create customized itineraries present tailored travel options and provide ongoing support before during and after travel to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
Strong communication attention to detail and organizational skills are essential as you manage client relationships maintain accurate travel records and collaborate with trusted suppliers and travel partners to secure high-quality experiences. Staying informed on travel trends destination updates and exclusive experiences will also help you provide valuable recommendations to clients.

Requirements:
Must be a citizen of the US UK Australia Spain or Latin America
