Now Hiring: Home Health RN (FT, PT, or PRN)
Join BrightStar Care and take your nursing career to the next level! We're looking for a flexible, dependable, and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care across Cuyahoga, Lorain & Medina counties .
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to step in when patients need them most.

- Total assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding & toileting)
- Medication administration
- Mobility assistance & transfers
- Perform assessments, re-assessments & skilled nursing care
- Handle urgent visits, new admissions & high-priority cases
- Coordinate care with families, physicians & internal teams
- Support training, supervision & overall clinical excellence
- Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Includes every other weekend
- Must be ready to respond to visits when needed
- Current Schedule Listed below .
- Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 6:15 AM – 4:15 PM
- Night shift available:
- Wednesday: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Friday: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Saturday: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Incoming Schedule: 2-3x/weekly- TBD (assuming M-W-F)
- Active Ohio RN license
- 2+ years clinical experience
- Strong clinical, communication & problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
