As a Technical Training Lab Builder, you will play a vital role in constructing and maintaining state-of-the-art training environments that support both instructors and students. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to excellence and safety. **Job Title:** Technical Training Lab Builder **Location** **:** Hillard, OH **Pay Range:** $32.00 **Shift:** Must have open availability **What's the Job?** + Construct and assemble technical training labs according to blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions. + Maintain and repair existing training environments, troubleshooting issues as they arise. + Assist with facility administration tasks to ensure a safe and efficient training space. + Work collaboratively with instructors and team members to support training activities. + Adhere to all safety protocols and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently and properly. **What's Needed?** + Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, and tape measures. + Ability to operate power tools including drills, saws, impact drivers, and grinders safely and effectively. + Physical ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. + Comfort working at heights using ladders and elevated platforms. + Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical assembly principles, with the ability to interpret technical diagrams and blueprints. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work on impactful projects that support workforce development and training. + Travel and accommodation expenses covered, including air, hotel, and car arrangements. + Reimbursement for safety boots up to $200 with receipts. + Daily allowance for incidentals up to $100 with receipts. + Potential for contract extension through July 31, 2026, with competitive pay rates.
