Vehicle Exchange Associate

Westside Toyota is hiring our next Vehicle Exchange Associate The Vehicle Exchange Associate will work with new and existing customers by answering their questions about inventory, product, service and financing options. The primary focus is customer retention via quality communication and service. Pay Structure includes $60,000 Annual plus Bonus Incentives up to $36,000 per Year Benefits Include:

Qualifications for the role include:

• Prefer two or more years of Auto Sales or other Retail Experience such as Furniture, Cellular or Appliance Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to assist service customers who wish to upgrade to a newer vehicle model
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
• Automotive Sales experience a bonus!
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities Include:

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
