German Speaking Customer Care - Work in Bulgaria - Fully paid relocation package
Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Care Representative to work in Bulgaria! This role comes with a fully paid relocation package, allowing you to embark on an exciting adventure while supporting our valued customers. If you have a passion for helping others and are fluent in German, we want you to be part of our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in German through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, order management, and any issues they may encounter
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our services
- Stay informed about our products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in an international or multi-lingual environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a customer-first approach
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and take advantage of the fully paid relocation package!
