Sportsmen's Club Manager
The Middletown Sportsmen’s Club (MSC), one of Ohio’s premier shooting sports facilities, is seeking a full-time Club Manager to oversee daily operations and support continued growth.
Located on a large, well-maintained property at 6943 Michael Road, Middletown, OH, MSC offers a diverse range of shooting and recreational amenities, including:

2 Skeet Fields
Sporting Clays Course
5-Stand
Rifle & Pistol Range
Cowboy Action Range
Campground and Fishing Lake
Full-Service Lodge with Office Facilities
Overview
Join our vibrant Sportsmen's Club as a dynamic and energetic Manager dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. The Club Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating events, supervising staff, and ensuring a high-quality experience for members and guests.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal communication
- Experience in shooting sports, club management, or event coordination preferred
- Ability to manage multiple operational areas in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for outdoor sports or recreational activities is a plus.
