Robert Half is supporting an organization is seeking an Executive Administrative Specialist to support senior leadership and keep daily operations running smoothly. This role blends high-level administrative support with office coordination and light back office/IT/vendor support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and executive communications
  • Coordinate internal events, meetings, and logistics
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and track expenses
  • Support office operations (supplies, mail, reception backup)
  • Serve as point of contact with external vendors, including IT support
  • Assist with basic technology troubleshooting, user access, and equipment coordination
  • Help maintain organized files, systems, and internal processes

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative/executive support experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

• At least 5 years of administrative experience, with prior support for executive or senior leadership teams strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, travel coordination, and meeting logistics with accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience working with board meetings, executive communications, or confidential business documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comfortable assisting with basic desktop support or technology coordination in partnership with third-party vendors.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills in a deadline-driven office environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
