The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering multiple client projects on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines, resources, and tasks for multiple ongoing projects

• Maintain documentation, meeting notes, reports, and project tracking tools

• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity of expectations

• Support senior managers with administrative and execution tasks as needed

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or assistant role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com)

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable team player
