RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Educating and Advising : Use a consultative approach to educate our customers about insurance options, ensuring they have the coverage that meets their specific requirements and needs.
• Driving Growth : Develop leads, schedule your own appointments and identify opportunities to promote State Farm products and services,
• Planning : You will meet with Agent to go monthly and yearly goals as well as strategies to help attain these goals.

• Current Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License : Must have or be willing to obtain.
