Landscape Installation Crew Leader (West Columbus)

The Landscape Installation Crew Leader position is full-time year round focusing on leading a team of 2-4 crew members to achieve daily Five Seasons expectations on tree/shrub/perennial plant installation, brush removal, installation of new landscape and lawn, hardscape installation (pavers/retaining walls), and pruning to create beautiful properties and happy clients. Driver's license highly preferred. Premium snow pay of $35/hour during snow events.

What we are looking for in a Crew Leader…

• Previous Crew Lead experience in Landscape Install or Construction preferred OR at least 4 years' experience in installation/construction as a crew member
• Equipment: experience and able to train others on skid steer, mini-track dingo, bush hog, pole pruner, hedge trimmer, and hand tools
• Must have a valid driver’s license and able to be insured by the company
• Teamwork: those that can support and teach their fellow team members with respect and professionalism
• Dependable: will show up each day on time and be prepared
