As an agent, you will work directly with individuals and families to provide Life and Health Insurance solutions to our vast network of clients. Bring a Positive attitude and a passion for people, and we’ll invest our resources and time into training you to be a successful insurance sales representative! No cold calling or prosecting.
Compensation:$65,000 at plan earnings - $85,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met
- Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus
- Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful
- Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial
- Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole
- Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license
