Home Exterior Sales Representative (Commission-Only)
- Commission-only: 7–12% per sale
- Commission rate based on experience + performance
- No cap on earnings
- Generate and close new sales in your assigned region (home exterior services only)
- Educate customers on Kyline Consulting’s services and how projects move from signed deal to production Coordinate with production teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution
- Represent Kyline Consulting at trade shows, events, and industry expos
- Travel within your assigned region as needed
- Manage your own schedule, pipeline, and follow-up independently
- Background or working knowledge in the construction field
- Understanding of production workflows, timelines, and construction processes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working trade shows and engaging with the public
- Willingness to travel within your region
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using technology and basic programs/tools to manage your pipeline
- Sales experience in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, remodeling, or construction consulting
- Experience in a commission-based role
