Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $24–$26/hour + Monthly Leasing Commissions

Are you an experienced Leasing Manager who thrives on building relationships, driving occupancy, and creating an exceptional resident experience? We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to lead leasing efforts at a thriving apartment community in Columbus, OH.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the sales and operational side of property management and is ready to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
• Conduct apartment tours and convert prospects into residents
• Manage lease renewals and resident retention efforts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident questions and service requests
• Process applications, lease paperwork, and ensure compliance with housing requirements
• Assist with delinquency management, lease audits, and daily property operations
• Utilize Yardi to manage resident files, leasing activity, and reporting
• Partner with the Property Manager to achieve occupancy and resident satisfaction goals

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of leasing or property management experience
• Yardi experience required
• Experience working with Section 8 and CMHA housing programs strongly preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, email, and general computer applications
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Must be available to work Sundays
