Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular Stepdown (CVSU)
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219
Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Pay Rate: $48 – $53/hour
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Cardiovascular Stepdown Unit (CVSU). This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from complex cardiac and cardiothoracic procedures. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and culturally competent patient care
Monitor and manage cardiac conditions and post-surgical recovery
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
Support patient and family education
Required Qualifications
Diploma in Nursing
Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
BLS (AHA) Certification
ACLS (AHA) Certification
Strong clinical skills in progressive or cardiac care
Preferred Qualifications
BSN degree
Experience in cardiovascular or stepdown units
