Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Full-time, consistent hours
- Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting
- Collaborative rehab team and supportive leadership

- Provide occupational therapy treatments as directed by the supervising OT
- Document treatments and resident progress accurately and timely
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic activities and safety
- Current COTA license in good standing
- Experience in SNF/LTC preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
