Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support automated manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and systems (mechanical and electrical)
- Ensure all equipment operates safely and in compliance with company standards
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Complete all required maintenance documentation accurately and on schedule
- Assist with capital equipment projects and new equipment installations
- Follow all safety procedures, including strict lock?out/tag?out compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role
- Multi?craft background preferred (mechanical and electrical maintenance)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem?solving skills
- PLC experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints preferred (not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work 3rd shift
