Responsibilities:

• Manage, administer, and support key safety programs within Branch Operations including third party contractor programs, OSHA logs, Safety SharePoint site, safety statistics, special projects, etc.
• Document program process steps and continually review existing procedures to meet the changing needs of the department and/or technology.
• Be a liaison with outside contacts or act in advisory capacity for assigned programs.
• Collaborate with supervisor and Operations leadership to analyze and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Support various safety data collection and analysis initiatives that identify gaps in effectiveness. Recommend improvements to key stakeholders.
• Document processes for each program and ensure awareness between departments.
• Communicate process improvement to retail network as required.
• Prepare, analyze, and present program results to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years' related experience
• Associate degree (Business Management, Accounting or Business Administration). Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Occasional travel (0-5%)
• Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
• Good communication, strong computer skills, including strong analytical skills.
