Manager Branch Programs - Safety

Responsibilities:
- Manage, administer, and support key safety programs within Branch Operations including third party contractor programs, OSHA logs, Safety SharePoint site, safety statistics, special projects, etc.
- Document program process steps and continually review existing procedures to meet the changing needs of the department and/or technology.
- Be a liaison with outside contacts or act in advisory capacity for assigned programs.
- Collaborate with supervisor and Operations leadership to analyze and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Support various safety data collection and analysis initiatives that identify gaps in effectiveness. Recommend improvements to key stakeholders.
- Document processes for each program and ensure awareness between departments.
- Communicate process improvement to retail network as required.
- Prepare, analyze, and present program results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years' related experience
- Associate degree (Business Management, Accounting or Business Administration). Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Occasional travel (0-5%)
- Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
- Good communication, strong computer skills, including strong analytical skills.
