Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and personable Public Relations Assistant to join our Cincinnati team.

In this role, you will support public relations and communications initiatives, assist with campaigns and events, and help maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and the public. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and thrives in a professional, team-oriented environment.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that company messaging is clear, consistent, and effectively represented across various initiatives and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of public relations initiatives and campaigns.
• Support the coordination of promotional activities, meetings, presentations, and events.
• Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and members of the public.
• Help prepare presentations, written materials, reports, and internal communications.
• Represent Skillbridge Academy professionally during company and client activities.
• Maintain organized records related to campaigns, communications, and ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with client and community relationship-building initiatives.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the public relations team.
• Contribute ideas that strengthen communication strategies and improve audience engagement.
