Quality Inspectors
Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced Quality Inspectors for our client in the automotive industry located in Tiffin, OH. These positions are Temp-to-Hire opportunities!!!
Start date: ASAP!
Shift days: Monday to Saturday
Shift hours: 1st 7am- 3pm and 2nd 3pm- 11pm
Payrate: $15/hr
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and manual inspections of automotive parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials to leadership
- Conduct in-process and final inspections throughout production, including pre/post assembly or welding stages
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications
- Record inspection results in systems, logs, or quality reports accurately
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements :
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
- Pre-employment Drug Screen is mandatory
- A great attitude/attendance are a priority
- Must pass pre-employment background check.
