Full Time Urology Job Findlay, OH

Currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urology physician to join full-time. Located in Central/NW Ohio with da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots and da Vinci® Table Motion on site.
Urologists provide advanced, innovative care to adults and pediatrics, and they specialize in disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. The team uses state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and advanced treatment techniques - robot-assisted technology and many other laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures to manage all urological problems. Serves over an eight-county area in Northwest Ohio and is a member of Mayo Clinic Care Network.

• Flexible office hours averaging between 20-30 patients/day
• 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume
• Surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital and surgery center
• 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions
• No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours
• Office procedures (cystos male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections)
• Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous)
• Four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots with da Vinci® Table Motion
• Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs fed by 6 other providers
• Strong, collegial subspecialty support

• Accepting residents, new grads, and experienced physicians
• Not accepting visa candidates
• Not accepting Locums providers

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $560,000 to $650,000/year, based on training and experience

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Urology - REQUIRED
• OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice and license - REQUIRED
