Located in Moraine, OH Salary: $22.00/hour Express Employment Professionals Dayton South is now hiring an Experienced Polisher paying $22.00+/hr. Based on experience in Moraine, OH. Duties • Perform manual and machine polishing of aluminum parts to meet surface finish specifications. • Operate buffing wheels, sanders, grinders, and burnishing tools. • Inspect materials for defects and inconsistencies to ensure final product(s) meet aesthetics, and functional requirements. • Apply chemical finishes or coatings per client, and production needs. • Maintain clean, and safe workspace following OSHA guidelines. • Collaborate with fabrication, and quality teams to resolve finishing challenges. • Execute progressive sanding techniques, starting with coarse abrasives to eliminate imperfections, and gradually work towards finer finishes. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred. • 1-3 years of aluminum polishing, burnishing, or related metal finishing experience preferred. • Knowledge of various polishing techniques and finishing standards. • Ability to lift and handle aluminum pieces safely (up to 50 lbs). • Strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
